Richard Allan is Consultant Vascular Sonographer in the Department of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre. Richard’s doctoral thesis investigated the use of intravascular ultrasound in peripheral arterial endovascular interventions and he was the principal investigator of the first RCT investigating the use of IVUS in PAD.
