Venue
The ANZSVS Conference 2025 is being held at the Adelaide Conference Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be in Foyer L, Ground Floor, Adelaide Convention Centre.

Opening Hours:
Thursday 2 October (Workshop ONLY): 7:00am - 5:30pm  
Friday 3 October: 6:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 4 October: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday 4 October: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Speakers’ Support
Speakers’ Support is located in Room L1B, Ground Floor, Adelaide Convention Centre. It is essential that all speakers check in at Speakers’ Support Centre at your earliest convenience, and no later than two (2) sessions before your scheduled presentation.

Opening Hours:
Thursday 2 October: 7:00am - 5:30pm  
Friday 3 October: 6:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday 4 October: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday 4 October: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Industry Exhibition 
The Industry Exhibition will take place in Hall L, Ground Floor, Adelaide Convention Centre.

Opening Hours:
Friday 3 October: 10:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday 4 October: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Sunday 5 October: 7:30am – 1:30pm

Parking
With easy access and ample parking across two designated undercover car parks, getting to and from your event at Adelaide Convention Centre couldn’t be easier. Please note that both the North Terrace and Riverbank car parks accept payment via card only. All cards accepted, no surcharges.

Name Badges
Your name badge is essential for entry into scientific sessions and the exhibition area. Please collect your name badge from the registration desk on arrival to the conference.

Internet Facilities
Wireless internet is available throughout the Adelaide Conference Centre. WIFI details will be made available on-site.

ePosters
Scientific posters will be displayed on the Conference Platform for delegate viewing before, during, and after the Conference.  ePoster displays will be available in the industry exhibition located in Hall L, Ground Floor, Adelaide Convention Centre during the exhibition opening hours from Friday to Sunday.  

Conference App
There will be NO printed program available onsite. All program and updates will be via the conference app or website.

To download the conference app, please follow the instructions below:
1. Search and download the 'Evexus' app from your phones app store
2. Enter the event code 'www.anzsvs.com'
3. Enter the email address you used to register for the conference
4. Enter the passcode you receive via email/sms and click 'verify'.


Morning Teas, Lunches and Afternoon Teas
All morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas (where applicable) will be served in the industry exhibition area, located in Hall L, Ground Floor, Adelaide Convention Centre.

Dress Code
Scientific Sessions: Business attire / smart casual
Welcome Reception: Business attire / smart casual
Conference Dinner: Lounge suit / cocktail attire

Intention to Photograph
Please be advised that photographs may be taken during the Conference and reproduced by RACS/ANZSVS. If you do not wish to be included in a photograph, please advise the photographer.

Special Dietary Requirements
Please note that the Venue is responsible for all catering at the Conference. RACS and ANZSVS do not inspect or control food preparation areas or attempt to monitor ingredients used. You must contact the Venue directly for all special dietary requirements during the event, irrespective of whether details have been provided to RACS and ANZSVS.

If RACS/ANZSVS requests information about your dietary requirements for a specific event, RACS/ANZSVS will endeavour to forward the information provided to the Venue (time permitting). RACS/ANZSVS will not retain information provided for future events, so you must verify your requirements for each event. Even if information is requested or provided, RACS/ANZSVS takes no responsibility for ensuring that the Venue acknowledges your dietary requirements or that these requirements can be met. In all cases you must verify for yourself that your dietary requirements have been met and RACS/ANZSVS refutes any and all liability for any failure to adequately provide your special dietary requirements or any consequential damage resulting from such failure.
