How do I set up my profile?
Upon logging in to the Conference platform, click your initials in the top right-hand corner and select 'Edit Profile' from the drop-down menu. You’re encouraged to add a photo, short biography, and links to your social media accounts. Please disregard the dietary requirements section as dietaries are not tracked through this platform. Please refer to the above image.
Within your profile setup, there will be the option to make your profile 'private' or 'public'. By having your profile 'public' you are allowing other logged-in users, including sponsors and exhibitors to see your contact details. Having your profile set to private will allow other users to see your name on the platform but they will not be able to see your contact details.
How Do I View the Final Program?
To view the full Conference program, sorted by date and time, click the 'Program' tab on the top menu.
This view will list the program in chronological order. Click on the days/dates at the top of the page to navigate through the program.
This is a comprehensive list of all the content - to filter the program utilise the purple funnel icon that appears on the right-hand side of the program page header. This will enable you to filter by session type, discipline, or room (if you are onsite).
For a PDF export: Apply your filters then select 'Export Sessions' using the button in the top left of the program screen. This will produce a downloadable PDF for easy viewing.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes, all presentations will be recorded and will be available (subject to presenter upload approval) exclusively to registrants on this platform for 12 months post-conference. The recorded videos will be available for viewing within approximately 48 hours from the end of each day. Unfortunately, there is no live-streamed content, and all presentations will be available on-demand only.
I need tech support. What should I do?
