Andrea Minnis is a Nurse Practitioner in wound management and has 3 decades of experience working with clients with chronic and complex wounds and oedema in both public health and the private sector. With a background in public practice, Andrea established her private practice in 2013 and provides wound assessment and management to clients across Victoria and over the border to NSW . Andrea holds a Bachelor of Health Science, Masters degree in Nursing (Research), is a life member of Wounds Australia and serves on the Board of the Australian Wound and Skin Alliance as Vice Chair. Andrea has presented at Local, Statewide and National levels, was the convenor for the inaugural Wounds Australia conference and is passionate about improving community access to specialist wound management services and fostering the role of the Nurse Practitioner in wound management.
