Tanghua Chen, she works as a Clinical Nurse Consultant for Vascular Surgery at Liverpool Hospital, South Western Sydney Local Health District. Recently, with consultation of key Stakeholders, she has developed “champion: role and responsibilities” framework under each of the National Standards and are working with the senior nursing team members in developing the junior nursing colleagues to fulfill the champion role expectations.
