Professional Bio
Dr Arthur Fung first obtained his fellowship in general surgery from the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2017. He then further specialized in vascular surgery and obtained his fellowship in vascular surgery in Hong Kong in 2023.
