Lee is Senior Technical Officer (Emergency, Critical and Operative Care) at WHO Headquarters, in the Service Delivery and Primary care Unit. Before taking up this post. he was Head of Emergency Medicine for the Western Cape Government, and Professor and Head of the Division of Emergency Medicine at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
