Important Registration Information

Early Bird Discount Terms & Conditions

The Early Bird Discount is valid until 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16 August 2026. The Early Bird Discount will expire after this time.

Any registrations completed without the Early Bird Discount at the time of registering, will not be amended, nor will the applicable discounted amount be refunded.

The Early Bird Discount is not available for Trainee / SIMG and Medical Student Registration Categories.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified in writing to vascular@surgeons.org. Cancellations received on or before Sunday 16 August 2026 will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Registration Categories

Vascular Surgeons / Nurses / Imaging / Sonographers / Radiographers / Other Health Professional Registration Category
Includes the welcome reception, access to Four (4) days of non-ticketed scientific program sessions, morning teas, lunches, and afternoon teas served in the industry exhibition area. Delegates have the option to include one reduced-cost conference dinner ticket and one reduced-cost workshop day ticket in their registration. Any tickets purchased after the initial registration will be at full price.

This financial classification applies to all delegates except those listed below:

Retired ANZSVS Member Registration Category (Complimentary)
Includes all benefits outlined in the full registration fee above. Tickets to the Conference Dinner must be purchased separately.

Trainees or SIMG Registration Category (reduced for all surgical trainees)
Includes all benefits outlined in the full registration fee above. Tickets to the Conference Dinner must be purchased separately.

On-Demand Registration
Please note, the Conference, will NOT be live-streamed. This registration category provides the opportunity to watch conference content in an on-demand capacity only. Content will be available for viewing approximately 48 hours after the conference takes place.*
Available to all delegates with financial classification applied.
Includes access to:
• On-demand content for 12 months*
• E-Poster presentations
• Industry profiles.

*Please note, presentations are available for on-demand viewing, only where permission to release the recording has been provided by the presenter.

Conference Dinner
Delegates have the option to register in a category that includes one reduced cost Conference Dinner ticket. Additional Conference Dinner tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons online. To add a ticket to your existing registration please email vascular@surgeons.org.

Any tickets purchased after the initial registration will be at full price.

Industry Representative
Attendance at the Conference is limited to representatives from sponsoring and/or exhibiting companies. Industry representatives are not permitted to register to attend as a delegate.

All registrations for the ANZSVS Conference 2026 will be conducted online.

Payment Methods

Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX are accepted when registering.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of GST.

Registration Confirmation

An automatic registration confirmation will be generated upon the completion of all successful online registrations. Please check all details and advise RACS Conferences and Events Management of any changes. All changes must be made in writing to vascular@surgeons.org
